From a straight swap to a fresh installation, Phil helps you choose the right boiler for your home — installing Vaillant, Glow-worm and Worcester, all mainstream brands that are easy to service and source parts for. He sizes it correctly, fits it neatly, and tests everything before he leaves.
Central Heating
New radiators and valves, balancing a system that heats unevenly, upgrading controls, and tracing cold spots. When a customer's heating failed on a cold November evening, Phil — within an hour of a message — talked them through re-pressurising the system over WhatsApp so they had a warm house again that night, with no call-out needed. That's the kind of practical help the reviews describe.
Water Supply & Leaks
When the fault isn't obvious, it pays to have someone who works hard to get to the bottom of it. Reviewers describe Phil 'working hard through several difficulties to correctly diagnose the problem' — bursts, weeping joints, low pressure and supply-pipe faults all handled with the same patience, and explained clearly as he goes.
Everyday Plumbing

Phil takes bathrooms from first idea to final finish — 'a 1 stop shop for your new bathroom project', as one reviewer put it. Everything completed on time and to budget, with a fastidious attention to detail. The gallery shows real Reigate bathrooms: walk-in showers, freestanding baths, feature-tiled family bathrooms and floating-vanity en-suites.
Same-Day Help When It Can't Wait
Standard hours are Mon–Fri, 7am–8pm, and PD is closed at weekends — but the reviews tell the fuller story. Phil has come round the same day out of hours when he 'wasn't supposed to be working that day', and has guided customers through problems over WhatsApp so they weren't left in the cold. For anything urgent, call or message first — it's always the quickest route.

Glow-worm
Part of the same group as Vaillant, offering dependable boilers at a more accessible price point — a sensible option when budget matters without dropping to an unknown brand.

One of the UK’s most widely fitted and best-supported brands, so spares and servicing are available almost anywhere — reassuring for the long life of the appliance.
