A period bathroom, one point of contact
The problem — A full bathroom project where the client wanted a considered, period-style finish — freestanding slipper bath, panelled walls and patterned floor — done to time and to budget, without juggling several different trades.

The problem — A bathroom refit centred on a walk-in shower — split-face stone feature wall, matt-black rainfall head and a frameless glass screen — where the client valued clear communication and a clean, courteous job.

A boiler fault, diagnosed the same day
The problem — A boiler fault that couldn't wait — the client needed someone who would actually turn up and get to the bottom of it, not just reset it and leave.
What Phil did — Phil came round the same day, out of hours, and worked through several difficulties to correctly diagnose the problem as a Gas Safe registered engineer — and did it at a very reasonable rate.

Heating back on, over WhatsApp
The problem — Heating that failed on a cold November evening, with the risk of a cold house overnight and an out-of-hours call-out on the horizon.
What Phil did — Within an hour of a message, Phil guided the customer through re-pressurising the boiler over WhatsApp — solving it without a call-out at all, so the house was warm again that night.
